Server logs and technical data. When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data necessary to deliver the site to your browser. This includes your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. Purpose: delivering the website, ensuring stability and security, and detecting and preventing abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in operating a secure and functional website. Retention: server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a short period consistent with security and operational needs, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Contact by email. If you contact us by email, we process the personal data you provide, typically your name, email address, and the content of your message. Purpose: responding to your enquiry and any follow-up correspondence. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in handling correspondence, or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) where your enquiry relates to a potential engagement. Retention: we keep correspondence for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and thereafter only where we have a legal obligation or legitimate interest in retaining it.
The challenge conversation. If you use the conversation interface on the homepage, the text you submit is processed to generate a response, and, if you choose to send the conversation to Fenori with your contact details, to follow up with you. Purpose: responding to the problem you describe. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Do not include confidential or personal information in the conversation; none is needed.
