The problem comes first

The strongest work begins with a consequential problem: something the organization must understand better, decide faster, control more precisely, or become capable of doing for the first time. That problem, not the industry label, sets the shape of the engineering.

The environment keeps its physics

Every environment already runs load-bearing systems that were expensive to get right, under obligations that do not move. Fenori builds inside that environment and its controls, not around them, and nothing is ripped out on the way in.

What transfers from the financial depth

Fenori’s deepest current builds are engineered for financial institutions. What they demonstrate, a common representation of reality, decisions that remain reconstructable, automation that keeps authority explicit, is not specific to finance. The physics are, so that part is engineered fresh, inside the environment it has to survive.
