The strongest work begins with a consequential problem: something the organization must understand better, decide faster, control more precisely, or become capable of doing for the first time. That problem, not the industry label, sets the shape of the engineering.
Every environment already runs load-bearing systems that were expensive to get right, under obligations that do not move. Fenori builds inside that environment and its controls, not around them, and nothing is ripped out on the way in.
Fenori’s deepest current builds are engineered for financial institutions. What they demonstrate, a common representation of reality, decisions that remain reconstructable, automation that keeps authority explicit, is not specific to finance. The physics are, so that part is engineered fresh, inside the environment it has to survive.

Every environment page maps itself back to the same problem index. This is that map read the other way: each class of problem, and the environments whose pages record it.
No single system contains enough of reality to establish what is actually happening.
A change somewhere creates consequences elsewhere before they become visible.
Important decisions lack a common structure for evidence, reasoning and authority.
What was knowable at a particular point in time cannot be reliably reconstructed.
Work could be removed technically, but authority and consequence prevent naive automation.
Information exists, but people still have to assemble it before they can act.
